With the highest concentration of indigenous products and related businesses in the world, SugaCreates offers opportunities for beneficiaries to showcase cutting-edge design within related industries. Through practical work training and live projects, they create, design and produce products that are commercially and creatively relevant for global consumer markets. 
SugraCreates trainee may be employed as an Assistant Fashion and Textile Designer Trainees, Assistant Merchandiser Trainees, Fabric Coordinator Trainees, Dyeing Technician Trainees, Freelance Designers for; Corporate/Interior/Domestic/Fashion Clients Print, Textile Product, Clothing, Fashion Textiles and Fabric Innovation.

Target Group and Beneficiary
The targeted audience shall be youth and women, as these constitute the less privileged and most vulnerable in the society. Also, young adults who have acquired basic academic qualifications, but have the artistic talent and wish to establish their own private enterprise might survey this as an opportunity. Basic education is not meant for all, there are some members of the society who are not academically inclined, this group of people also deserved to be intergrated into the industry through training on a trade/business for their sustainable livelihood. Sugacreates regards this group of people in high esteem so that they will not be an outcast in the society.

Respectfulness – It honours the choices of encouraging each person to take responsibility and control over his/her own life, and helps to shape these based on what is important to each beneficiary. It respect the role that families have in helping to shape these choices as well.
Individualized Support – The community project knows that people’s needs vary significantly and can change over time; we seek to understand the individual beneficiary and co-create the right supports for each person’s development.
Diversity – Sugacreates does not discriminate on races, ethnicities and religions; we seek to assist as many people as the financial resources support.
Integrity and Accountability – It display the highest level of integrity in its production, administrative, service, and outreach activities; all activities will be tied directly to the mission, and will maintain and report records accurately.
State of the Art Practices – The training program aims for excellent, high quality, state-of the-art approaches that an ordinary citizens  and their families can always count on to be there.
Partnerships – This project intend to work with a wide variety of partners and advocates for quality partnership.
Advocacy – It will educate the public and advocates for the long term best interests of women and youths.
